Test-drive Xcalia Intermediation for Free !
Xcalia Intermediation Core download includes a license, free of charge, that enables the use of the Xcalia Database Mapper for evaluation or development with the following conditions:
- 30 minutes of continuous operation against commercial relational databases, XML files & streams, and Jalisto databases;
- Time-unlimited operation against open-source relational databases;
- No more than two concurrent connections per data source.
In order to use the other, more advanced mappers of Xcalia Intermediation Core™, please contact a sales representative to request an evaluation license.

The Xcalia Intermediation Core™ (XIC) , the heart of Xcalia Intermediation, features multiple database and service access modules. Active mappers depend on your license. Contact a sales representative to enable the mappers you need to evaluate.
XIC 4.4.1 also includes Xcalia Navilis, our desktop business object browser.
Xcalia Intermediation Core™ 5.2.1
XIC 5.2.1 is the latest release of the newest generation of our technology. It is fully qualified in terms of QA but that version is not as optimized as version 4 product line. We recommend it to development teams looking for our brand new features like the DAS and SDO 2.0.1 client for both Java and .Net.
We will continuously introduce new features in upcoming releases of version 5.x. People interested in evaluating these new features can apply for our Early Access Program (EAP) by sending an email at sales@xcalia.com.
XIC 5.2 is certified on JDK 5 and JDK 6.
Support for JDK 1.4 will be terminated starting with that version..

XIC 4.4.1 is the latest release of the 4th generation of Xcalia Intermediation Core. It is largely deployed in production by our customers. That version is highly stable and optimized. XIC 4.4.1 is certified on JDK 1.4, JDK 5 and JDK 6.

Xcalia Studio™
Xcalia Studio™ is Xcalia's visual object-relational mapping tool that includes support for schema generation from Java objects (forward or "top down" mapping), Java code generation from a database schema (reverse or "bottom up" mapping), and mapping between existing Java objects and an existing database schema ("meet-in-the-middle" mapping).
